I'm getting streaks while printing; not sure it's relevant, but it has been 3-4 months since I used my printer. I wiped down all cartridge rollers and it doesn't seem to have helped. Is there something else I can clean?!

Thanks much!

K.

I had the same issue. It's been for a few months.

Cleaning did not fixed it. Problem started when one of my cartridge was low about 10% others 20%.

I did change one with the lowest ink left, but still was streaks.

I changed them all and streaks disappeared.

Since I was printing just a few times a month, my guess is that my cartridges was too old.

I had another printer black/white had the same problem. I fixed it by changing printer drum (trying to clean not worked).

Thanks. This is happening with monochrome printing so I'll try a new black ink cartridge I guess!
