      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get error after printer one page I get this error e805-0001 and it says to power off . Power off does not help. I don't see this code in the manual any idea on a cause or fix. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The code would pint to a problem with the hardware and it would usually mean the printer needs service. If you are getting a&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;e805-0001 error, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 or checking your service options by logging into your MyCanon account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
