Thanks, though the model number we really need is the one that appears on the front of the unit, not the back. As we stated previously, the printer's model number is most likely on the front of the unit at the lower right. We're unable to identify the exact model number based on what you provided.

We look forward to your reply!

My Cannon MF110/910 printer has worked well for the past three years until now. The top of the printed pages now have smudge marks. I have executed the fixing roller cleaning procedure several times. The first page after cleaning is good, but the following pages have smudges. Toner cartridge has 60% left and the drum 90%. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for joining the conversation, thomeb!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. This should appear on the front of the printer at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

We appreciate your continued efforts though, unfortunately, this still doesn't help us. The reason we're asking for this information is so that we can determine whether you have a model that's covered by Canon USA or if your model is covered by a Canon division that supports another part of the world. Knowing the specific model also helps the community know what you're working with.

A Canon MF110-series printer looks like this and should have its model number in the area circled in white.

The "910" you mentioned doesn't correspond to any model available in the United States. In that case, you would need to contact the Canon company that covers the country your printer was intended for.

We hope this gets the information we all need!

Hello,

For smudges on your prints, you can try reseating the toner and checking for any loose toner powder that can be wiped up with a damp cloth. You can also inspect the toner cartridge to see if it is leaking. After that, you can perform several cleanings of the Fixing Assembly. If that does not resolve the issue, it would mean the printer needs service or there is something wrong with the toner cartridge.

You can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-266 to check your service options or log into your MyCanon account.
