Dear community,

bought a new printer 2 months ago. Model Canon i-SENSYS LBP6030w.

I pushed the power button. After that, I saw a blue light from the line cord. After that the printer isn't working anymore. After this happened, I noticed that the line cord was connected properly.

The printer does not go on anymore after this incident.

Is there a way to repair this?

Thanks for replying,

Regards Geert,

I think the printer is in sleep mode or auto shutdown mode. Try disconnecting the line cord and connecting back it again.

You must also know what is the status of your printer. You can check this using your computer to view the status and the printer must be ON and connected to the computer. Please see "Printer Status Window", page 20 in the attached file.

After you determine you determine the status, please refer in the manual for appropriate action.
