    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a PC 981 copier that for years has been excellent.&amp;nbsp; I installed a new E40 toner cartridge and grinding gear noises started.&amp;nbsp; Copier would not work.&amp;nbsp; I installed another E40 toner cartridge and it worked perfectly.&amp;nbsp; These toner cartridges are expensive.&amp;nbsp; Is there a problem with the cartridge or did I do something incorrectly?&amp;nbsp; Is there any way to remedy the new cartridge?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
