imageCLASS MF733Cdw ADF scans front OK, back has a black streak

Using the 2 sided feeder, the front side is scanned just fine, the back side has a big Black Streak down the entire left 1/3 of the page, every time. Hopefully this can be reset/repaired some way.

From what you are describing, it looks like the feeder needs to be cleaned or there is a problem with the hardware. In this situation you can try an automatic and manual cleaning of the feeder using the steps in the link HERE. If that does not improve or change the scan quality, it looks like the scanner needs service. You contact support over the phone at 1-800652-2666 to check your service options or log into your MyCanon account.
