&lt;P&gt;If you have already installed the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/color-imageclass-mf642cdw-1?gad_source=1&amp;amp;gclid=EAIaIQobChMIjvH197zziwMV-lcPAh1ccwVaEAAYASAAEgIKKvD_BwE&amp;amp;gclsrc=aw.ds" target="_self"&gt;UFR II/UFRII LT Printer Driver&lt;/A&gt;, you can try deleting and adding the printer from printers and scanners.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Click on the apple in the upper left-hand corner and select system settings.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. From system settings, you can select printers and scanners.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Right click and remove any current connections for the printer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. In printers and scanners, click on the option to add a printer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;5. Highlight the printer in the add printer window.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;6. Check the USE box near the add button to make sure the name of the printer is selected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;7. Click add.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the prints are still blank, you can try printing the same item from another program to see if it prints from there.
