    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I have an Image runner 2318 in our office that won't print. It copies just fine - but when we plug the printer into a computer via USB, nothing happens. The printer will turn on - as thought it's registered the connection - but that's it. I cannot see the device on my computer. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
