Canon ImageClass MF8280Cw printer - Trying to print color images from PC. Colors are way too red.

Printer: ImageClass MF8280Cw

Issue: Printer will NOT print color images accurately when sent from PC or Memory Stick.

Printer DOES copy color images accurately.

All maintenance adjustments have been made.

Any help would be appreciated.

How long has this been going on and can you remember any reconfigurations you might did in the process? Can you print a self-test/configuration page? This could be a communication issue with the computer and the printer or has something to do with the type of media files. The first thing I'd do would be to uninstall your current driver and get the latest full feature software you can from canon support. Do put up that self-test/cofiguration page here if the driver update doesn't work.

Also Update the firmware of the machine.
