text is cut off when copying. I tried changing sheets and customize. nothing works. It did work at one time.

So the MF450 series has a number of printers in its product line, with its own slight changes and features (example: MF451dw, MF453dw, MF455dw, etc). Normally the model number would be located on the front-facing panel of the printer, on the bottom right corner. Please indicate which exact model number your printer is.
