      <title>MF4890dw not scanning through wireless with win7,win8.1 or OSX 10.9</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use iMac with OSX 10.9.2.&amp;nbsp; I installed latest version of MF Toolbox, upgraded the firmware to 15.04.&amp;nbsp; I can scan with USB. Wireless works because I can print with wireless.&amp;nbsp; However, when I disconnect USB and try to scan through wireless network, either from iMac or from MF4890dw, it will scan the first page and hangs for a while, then MF2890 will show "An error has occurred [close]"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and the computer will pop up an error window:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;"Cannot communicate with the scanner.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;The cable may be disconnected, or the scanner may be turned off.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;Check the scanner status and try again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;Scanner driver will be terminated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;Error code: 200010"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I use with win 7- 64 or win8-64, I also get the same question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;"Cannot communicate with the scanner.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;The cable may be disconnected, or the scanner may be turned off.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;Check the scanner status and try again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;Scanner driver will be terminated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;Error code: 155 0 0"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help is appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem here, with Windows 7.&amp;nbsp; Appeared out of nowhere.&amp;nbsp; Reinstalling drivers and MF Toolbox did not help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem&amp;nbsp; with Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrated.&amp;nbsp; Printer/scanner is hard wired to the network via Ethernet cable, and printing works perfectly.&amp;nbsp; Tried installing Canon patch, and re-installing updated drivers for printer, scanner and fax.&amp;nbsp; Same error.&amp;nbsp; Scan software does start normally, but stops in different&amp;nbsp; places and then throws the CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH SCANNER 155,0,0 error.&amp;nbsp; Meanwhile the printer is connected to the network and printing works perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
