    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;I agree , Administrator permission is required during the installation process.&lt;BR /&gt;But I don't understand why it doesn't work for USER GROUP. ( without&amp;nbsp;administrator group )&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately, I know that calling doesn't solve the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;That's why we need the 'Everybody (all users)' option when installing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Untitled.png" style="width: 339px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/45996i8FA519B7FEC97D73/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Untitled.png" alt="Untitled.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even if I was call to your company , it is difficult to know where to go. ( No Domain )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After updating Windows 10, MF scanner program does not run &amp;amp; the scan button on the copier cannot be used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please tell me what to do. Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are getting that message after an update, you can try downloading and installing the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;[Windows 64bit] imageCLASS MF4770n MFDrivers (UFR II / FAX / ScanGear) from our Canon USA support site using the link &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-mf4770n" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. After reinstalling the MF drivers, you can try scanning again to see if the issue is resolved. The file will be the second reccomended file in the list of drivers and software.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The installer was designed to be run from the computer by opening or double clicking on the downloaded installer file and using the default installer that appears.
