Can print a test pag but nothing else\ - LBP631Cdw

Hi All

I have just recently baught a new Canon Laser printer LBP631Cw.

This is a print only machine. It was working fine a couple days ago. But now it refuses to print anything other than the 'Printer properties > print test page'.

I am trying to print different pdf's with different names (so i know its not the characters causing the issue.) Also i have uninstalled and re-installed the drivers.

My next step is to reset the printer itself.

But if anyone knows or has had expereience with this issue and could shed some light, i would be real greatful.

Hello,

If you are able to print a test page, but you are unable to print a PDF, it will usually point to the settings/printer selection in the PDF printing program. In this situation, you can try printing the PDF from another program to see if it prints. In your current PDF printing program, you can try checking the printer selection window in that program when you try to print. You can check the list to see if your printer appears more than once or if another printer connection is selected.
