Canon MF8380CDW will print one page and then keeps cycling as if printing

Canon MF8380CDW will print one page then keeps cycling through as if printing but is not picking up paper. It will continue to do this until I select to cancel the print job from the printer menu. When I turn it back on and send another print job to it, the cycling starts again.

I have the same problem with my MF8380cdw printer. macOS High Sierra is the OS on my old Mac (2.5 GHz Intel Core i5) and connecting via USB. I have followed the steps on the menu to clean the Fixing Unit, ITB, Feeder, etc. But, the problem is still there. Any suggestions?
