So frustrated, only ever used genuine tooners. Levels are not low. Colors are horribly off. Assumed my husband burnt up old printer so bought a new MF642 and it does the same thing. I cannot do color correct or adjust image, etc. It won't even update firmware and it is online, I am at a total loss.
