I accidently changed language to something Asian, I need to reset to English on Canon MB2320

You can change the language setting for the printer using the operation panel using the steps in the link HERE. It will show you the steps and provide the images of the icons that you need to select. Thank you soooo much. I tried any number of other things I found through a Google search or YouTube, and this was the simplest and the only one that worked. Very grateful.
