What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
When you try to scan, do you get any specific errors or what problems do you run into?

windows 11; none; pdf not an option in scan commands

Hello,

The document scan option from the operation panel will save scans as a PDF by default. You also have the option to scan and save documents from your computer using our MF Scan Utility. The document scan button in the app will save items by default as well. If you are having problems scanning using the document options, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666.
