Printer Driver from Serial Number?

Can I get help with selecting the correct printer driver for my 2022 MacBook Air - M2 w/ OS Monterey? I only have the serial number for the Canon business printer at my office, which is XUB0xxxx. Any help is much appreciated!

Can't you contact someone at your office to get you the model number?

Printers usually have a model number on the front of the case, or on a sticker or label on the back or bottom of the device.

We couldn't verify the serial number, but are you able to give us the printer model? It'll usually start with PIXMA, MAXIFY, or imageCLASS followed by a model number.
