    <title>topic MF3240 scan function in Office Printers</title>
    <link>https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Office-Printers/MF3240-scan-function/m-p/149062#M2114</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;My MF3240 won't scan anymore after years of functioning properly. &amp;nbsp;Am using Windows 7 [x64]. I don't get any error message, the function just won't open. &amp;nbsp; When I checked for compatibility issues the troubleshooter said it detected an issue with wft. &amp;nbsp; It also said that it had been resolved, but it obviously wasn't. &amp;nbsp;I'm not a techie but I think I downloaded a driver from the Canon site - still not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
