      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon Tech Support is Horrible.....and Nonexistent!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a new Maxify GX 2020. It came with a bad color print head. I am trying to get Canon to send me a new one under warranty. But after numerous attempts at calling. I sit on hold for about 45 minutes then get disconnected. Canon has NO support system. Because of this, I am considering returning the printer and getting another brand that actually helps their customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canon, you should be ashamed of your poor customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
