&lt;P&gt;If you print a &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART166143" target="_self"&gt;nozzle check&lt;/A&gt; and the PGBK does not appear, it looks like the nozzles are clogged or there is something wrong with the ink tank. The printer will only slide the ink tank to the changing position when it detects that it is low/empty. If the ink is not low and you have performed multiple cleanings and deep cleanings, it looks like the printer needs service. You can check your service options by logging into you MyCanon account or contacting support at 1-800-652-2666.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
