      <title>MAXIFY 2020 Print head banding</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased a Maxify 2020 Printer. The color printhead is constantly banding and will not clean up with cleanings. The printer is only a month old and still under the manufacture's 1 year warranty. But I cannot get anyone to answer the phone when I call Cannon Support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get this print head replaces under warranty?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Stephen,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have called multiple times. And Yes, I did tell the system that I need Tech Support. And after being on hold for 45 minutes, I get disconnected. This has happened 4 times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And there is no support option in the account other than to call. the chat feature is never available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Horrible support system&lt;/P&gt;</description>
