Imageclass D480 prints are very dirty, random marks, etc

Is there some sort of used toner clean out compartment or something?

I have tried to shake the toner cartridge but this does not help.

Is this a fixable problem?

I do appreciate the reply. Do you have any suggestion on how or if this type of a problem can be fixed? I was thinking maybe compressed air cans to try to clean the internal wheels. I don't suppose the unit has some kind of clean out tray that need emptying?
