imageCLASS D1620 - Reducing Size of Copy with Feeder

i have a canon 1620 and when I make a copy thru the feeder it reduces the size of a small area, on the glass the copy is fine. what gives

What size is the original and what size is the copy that comes out?
Is the document printed from edge to edge or is there a margin around the page.
