&lt;P&gt;If you have recently updated to Venutra, you will need to download and install the latest version of our printer/scanner drivers and utilities. You can find the download on our site using the link &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-mf249dw" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. Once installed, you you should be able to resume scanning. If you run into any issues after the install, feel free to contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello - I have owned my MF249dw printer for several years with no scanner problems - until recently.&amp;nbsp; A few weeks ago I upgraded my Mac O/S to Ventura (13.5.2).&amp;nbsp; Now when I try to scan, the scanner icon is "greyed out" and I can no longer access my scanner.&amp;nbsp; Can you assist?&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
