Our agents would be happy to see what is having a problem updating and what might be blocking the setup/install on your Windows computer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just purchased this printer and I have the above error code showing up (Error Code Install error - 0x800f020b).&amp;nbsp; I have uplugged, replugged in, deleted the software, added the software, uninstalled the printer, and reinstalled the printer.&amp;nbsp; Is there anyone in Canon world that can assist me with getting rid of this error code?&amp;nbsp; Please and thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
