      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hello, I have a printer that has just quit printing.&amp;nbsp; I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, followed all the steps. I updated till I'm red in the face.&amp;nbsp; I have deleted it from Google.&amp;nbsp; I don't know if anyone can help me or do I just give up and buy another printer.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thanks&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;KB&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
