    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our university has recently purchased a Canon imagePROGRAF TM-200 printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue we are experiencing involves the setup program.&amp;nbsp; We have been unable to run the setup from the provided CD or downloading from Canon's website.&amp;nbsp; Our university runs Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise edition and for some reason the installer seems incompatible with this version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We ran the installer also on Windows11 Enterprise (this also failed).&amp;nbsp; However, when launched from Winodows10 Professional, the installer works flawlessly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advise on how to install on a Windows Enterprise system would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
