&lt;P&gt;When loading the envelopes, make sure they are loaded so they are in a portrait orientation. If they are loaded in landscaper they can get stuck in the printer. You can review the steps found in the link &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-3315-zz-SS-enUV/contents/SS260_basic_0082.html" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to see how the envelopes are loaded. For further instruction or to check what was going on with the other envelopes, you can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
