&lt;P&gt;If you are are using Mac OS 13.4 , you can download and install the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;MF Printer Driver &amp;amp; Utilities for Mac V10.11.11 [macOS 10.13.6 - macOS 14]. You can download the MF Printer driver from our canon USA support site using the link &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-mf229dw" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. The file will be the second file in the list. Once the driver has been installed, you can try restarting the Mac and then trying to add the printer again to see if the drivers appear. If you continue to have install issues, you can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Printer recently stopped working - print window says it's offline. &amp;nbsp;Cables seem good and power is on. &amp;nbsp;Maybe needs driver update? &amp;nbsp;Deleted old driver, downloaded latest from Canon - says it's compatible up to MacOS 13.4.1. &amp;nbsp; I have 13.4. &amp;nbsp;After installation, the only drivers available to add in my Add Printer dialog box are Canon MF220 Series FAX and another labelled "Language Error". &amp;nbsp;Not surprisingly, neither works to operate my printer. &amp;nbsp;Where/how can I get printer driver installed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
