    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What we'd have you do is reset it twice to ensure all your internal memory is clear (such as your saved WiFi information), and any potentially cached faxes or documents that might have been waiting to print. There isn't a "hard drive," though, so if it's not powering on, and it suffered a catastrophic failure due to a power surge, it should be safe to recycle it. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, sadly blew up my printer on return to the UK as forgot to flip the voltage switch. I can’t see anything about a hard drive on the spec sheet - can someone confirm it doesn’t have one before I dispose of it? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
