I called Canon support who helped me through the process <span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:">😀</span> BUT I learned that I will never be able to print without changing the settings manually on the printer-first to envelope and then back to plain paper. IF I had known about this rigamaroll I would not have purchased this printer.
