I have a mb2320 and see an icon in "program files" for the toolbox. But it won't open? Is the toolbox on the printer itself ( I can't find it) or on computer screen? How would I open it?

Are you using a Windows or a Mac? Are you trying to open the Quick Toolbox? What exactly are you trying to accomplish (printing/scanning)?

Hello.

If you are attempting to scan with the MB2320, the program you would use is the IJ Scan Utility. The Toolbox that you are referring to may be for a different Canon product.
