    <description>&lt;P&gt;For clarity:&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;1755 Cause The&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;ink has run out&lt;/STRONG&gt;. What to Do To maintain both machine and print quality, the machine cannot continue printing under the ink out condition. Cancel printing and replace the ink tank before printing again.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would try to reseat the cartridge, powercycle the printer...the usual stuff first. If that doesn't work, try another cartridge. If the problem is still there, contact Canon Customer Service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased a new Canon black ink cartridge from a big-box store and yesterday inserted it per instructions, as I have for many years with this printer. However, "Support Code 1755" then flashed on the screen with the command to replace the black ink cartridge -- which of course I just did. Is this indicative of a defective Canon cartridge or perhaps an internal printer issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
