&lt;P&gt;Double printing is usually a sign of a dirty encoder strip or there is something wrong with the hardware. You can start by cleaning the printers encoder strip using the steps in the link &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART168472" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. If you are asked to enter a username or password when using the printer, you can check the operation restrictions on the printer using the touchscreen. You can view the restriction settings use the link &lt;A href="https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/W/MB2300%20series/EN/UG/ug_admin0300.html" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. If cleaning the encoder does not resolve the double printing, it looks like the printer needs service. You can check your service options by logging into your &lt;A href="https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/signin/" target="_self"&gt;MyCanon&lt;/A&gt; account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
