      <title>Maxify MB2320 update failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a perfectly functioning MB2320 running firmware 4.010.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After inserting all new ink cartridges, the printer prompted me to update to firmware version 4.020.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I chose to do the update. The printer went into update mode but got stuck for many hours in the middle of the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, when I start it up, it immediately shows "downloading" and completes the downloading bar, then says "Updating" and promptly shows "Update Failed". When restarting, the process repeats.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oddly, the newest firmware available online seems to be 4.010. How Can I get this printer up and running again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
