    <description>&lt;P&gt;I own Canon - MF237w model Laser Printer.from a few days ago&amp;nbsp; ,I have been facing an issue where whenever I try to scan a document using color scan option, on LCD screen it is showing as&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Scanning....." &lt;/STRONG&gt;and nothing happen and it is saying&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Scanning........." ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;even I left it out for long time still it is saying the same. on PC a window appears to show scanning process and it stops on zero. Even if I try to cancel, it is just showing "&lt;STRONG&gt;Cancelling..."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;but nothing happening. I have to power off the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried Black &amp;amp; white scan option, it is working properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even I tried with USB cable, Lan cable, Wireless, nothing is working for colored scan. I reset the settings too, but no luck. installing a new windows 10, checking with android mobile, with another PC with windows 7, and still noway to color scan!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also deactivate windows firewall and antivirus but no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this problem made me almost crazy!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions are appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
