I cannot figure out how to set my fax to print a report after sending each fax. The menu selections shown on previous threads are not accurate for my machine. I do not have an "Output report" option in the menu screen.

Fax TX reports are available for viewing in the Remote UI. They can also be printed.

You will want Fax TX Report Result Setting

Thanks for the reply, however my menu is different than indicated in this document. Perhaps there has been a software change? Every document I can find says I should have a "output report" option, but I don't. Nor can I find that option downstream of any of these menu options. My only options are:

[Preferences]

[Adjustment/Maintenance]

[Function Settings]

[Set Destination]

[Management Settings]
