I have an ImageClass printer model MF632Cdw. I’m using Windows 11. I’ve had this printer for several years with no problem, but right now it is printing very light. I have installed new toner cartridges. I cannot find instructions on how to darken it. I hope someone out there knows how to resolve this problem, if so, give back to me as soon as possible. I’d sure appreciate it. Besides posting it here, please send it to me via email.

Thank you,

Stan

[Personal contact info removed per forum guidelines.]

Hello Rugmanstan,

If you are running into faded print, you can try adjusting the print gradation. You can use the steps in the link HERE and you can set it to full adjust. If you still run into the same issue, you can try cleaning the ITB. If the prints are still faded, it looks like the printer would need service. You can check with our support team over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents can check the hardware for you and see what is going on.

I'm running the Auto Adjust Gradation > Full Adjust process, because of my light/faded printing, but it keeps telling me "Could not perform correction" while just trying to print out the first page.

I've ran the Clean ITB function almost 10 times now, so I guess that's not the issue. There's no paper jams and the toner levels show 20% for black and 60% for each of Cyan, Magenta and Yellow.

Any suggestions?
