IMAGECLASS MF8580cdw Change printing from in Draft Mode

I have had an Imageclass MF8580cdw for years and apparently lost the manual during a move. Currently used on a MacBookPro.

1st: I set up the printer to print in draft mode to save ink... I now need to print in regular mode (non-draft). I can't figure out how to change this, if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!

2nd: When I try to look at the manual online thru Canon it come up in jiberish letters (English is checked). any help would be great. Would really appreciate being able to download the manual again.
