My Canon Imageclass MF741Cdw office printer was AMAZING for about 2 months .. then this developed and i have done all the manual cleaning stuff and nothing helps .. please help me ... how do i fix this and return to great copies???????

The issue looks like there is toner on the inside of the printer or there is a problem with the black toner cartridge. In this situation, you can open the printer and remove the toner cartridges to check for any loose toner powder that can be wiped up with a damp cloth. While the toner is out of the printer, you can inspect the black cartridge to see if it is leaking.

After that, you can reload the toner and then perform 1-2 cleanings of the ITB and fixing assembly. If the smudges still appear on the prints, you can try replacing the black toner cartridge.

If the issue continues, it would mean the printer needs service and you can check your service options by logging into your MyCanon account.
