&lt;LI&gt;What web browser are you using to create a &lt;A href="https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/signin/" target="_self"&gt;MyCanon&lt;/A&gt; account and what message or screen appears when the site stalls?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;During the USB setup, do you get any specific errors or any errors when you try to send a print?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;To find your version of Windows, you can press the Windows key and the letter R key at the same time. In the run box that appears, you can type in winver and click OK.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried for 2 hours to set up lbp6030w.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;computer can’t find printer. &amp;nbsp;Hooked up by USB CABLE. Have windows 10 or 11. &amp;nbsp;Went to regeister &amp;nbsp;printer for warranty website just goes into stall mode and nothing happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;CAN SOME ONE HELP ME&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
