&lt;P&gt;You can perform two sided scans by changing the setting for the originals using the button panel on the printer. You can change the setting using the steps in the link &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-0309-zz-SS-enUV/contents/SS8580_using160_scanning2sideddocumentsmf8580cdwonly.html" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
