&lt;P&gt;If you are getting red spots in your prints, it could be caused by the paper setting not matching the type of the paper loaded into the printer or the fixing unit is dirty. You can try &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-1741-zz-SS-enUS/contents/SS735_maintenance_0240.html#1006_h1_01" target="_self"&gt;cleaning the fixing uni&lt;/A&gt;t 2 times to see if the spot are gone, if not you can try changing the setting for &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-1741-zz-SS-enUS/contents/SS735_menu_0218.html#0910_h5_22" target="_self"&gt;reducing fixing unit stains&lt;/A&gt;. If that does not resolve the issue, you can also try removing the magenta toner cartridge to see if it is damaged/leaking.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
