It's supposed to be around 200 msec. Mine is around 3 seconds. Needless to say, once triggered, it keeps feeding paper until it jams. Traced the solenoid wiring to the DCNT board, to a couple of transistors driven by a large LSI chip (no easy analog R/C networks to repair...) As long as you load only one sheet of paper at a time, the printer works fine.
