&lt;P&gt;NG will appear in a fax report if there is a problem with the call quality or if the fax transmission was dropped/interrupted. In this situation, you can try connecting the fax directly into the wall if you are using any splitters or try a new phone cord. You can also try turning off the error correction mode ECM RX (MENU&amp;gt;&amp;gt;FAX SETTINGS&amp;gt;&amp;gt;ECM RX) to see if it the faxes will come in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having an issue where when I receive a fax it prints out a page saying that the receive job resulted in an error&amp;nbsp; (The result is NG).&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure if it is a network thing or if it's just that the fax machine is old.&amp;nbsp; If someone could help that would be awesome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
