    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble scanning from the MF4780FW.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to scan from the printer, it detects two PCs on our network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A Win7(32bit) machine, and my own Win8.1(64bit) PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer scans perfectly to the Win7 PC, but when trying to scan to my PC, it get an error along the lines of "the MF Toolbox is not copatbile with your scanner..."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happened with the MF Toolbox shipped with the printer, as well as the latest version downloaded from the MF4780FW's support page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way I am able to scan to my PC, is by openening MF Toolbox &amp;gt; then going over to the printer &amp;gt; inserting the document &amp;gt; then pressing scan &amp;gt; then chosing remote scanner &amp;gt; then back to my PC &amp;gt; and clicking Start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very tedious, walking back and forth for each document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(I have reinstalled both the printer and MF Toolbox numerous times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
