&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have the same issue after replacing the black toner cartridge, it looks like there is something wrong with the hardware. I would suggest contacting support again to process a warranty exchange for the MF641.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have purchased a new laser printer and can't seem to get any black text to print and on top of that, every page comes out with a gray shading. Waiting for Canon support on the phone and they deemed it an issue with the black toner. New toner came in and was installed but still having the same issue. Colors are coming in as expected but on a gray background. Printer is wirelessly connected. Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
