      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought this Maxify MB2720 at Wal Mart in late May 2025 ,,and the factory ink lasted a week and replaced that until yesterday ( black red and blue were all out at once ) and put in black and then mistakenly put the red ink in the blue slot ...and it immediately came up with a red "Support code " 5501 and said "Printer error has occurred . Follow the steps below : 1. Cancel printing and then turn device off . 2. Turn the device on again . If problem persists see the manual and contact the service center ." No manual came with it and the service center was a several hour robot pain( no appropriate responses )&amp;nbsp; and it looks like it has turned into junk after three months ...the red one will not release and be removed&amp;nbsp; and nothing else happens now ..the ink moves to the right and stays there too .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
