    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot&amp;nbsp;initialize all data settings on my Canon. Message pop-up "jobs in progress, go back another time".&amp;nbsp; Did turn off the printer by unplugging the power cord to erase the memory but still receive the same message.&amp;nbsp; Also, the same message pop-up when updating the firmware. Please help and thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't run into this particular problem. How is the unit connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)? If Wi-Fi is the unit connected to the router? Also, if it is connected via Wi-Fi, could a temporary Ethernet connected be established to see if it makes a difference?&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
